Joint interprofessional funds finance business training programs – both sectoral and regional – that companies, either alone or in groups, should decide to develop for their employees. Moreover, they may also finance/support individual educational programs, as well as further preparatory training activities: since 2011 – law n. 148 del 14/09/2011 – training programs can engage employees under apprenticeship agreement.
We give our customers an updated overview of currently active interprofessional funds. Moreover, we carry out exact investigations on the basis of the needs of our customers’ businesses, identifying the funds that befit to the needs, the sector, and the legal form of the company.
It is not simple to deal with the universe of professional funds. The selection of the best fund among the many professional, entrepreneurial, financial, and marketing categories is an essential/fundamental action that allows to meet companies’ training requirements, promptly and free of charge.
Training programs can engage executives, professionals or owners as well as employees at every level. Vocational training can also engage employees under apprenticeship agreement.
Actually, there are eighteen active funds diversified by activity, category and sector. Moreover, we have earmarked three more funds for high level vocational training addressed to executive staff.
Our services offer an accurate training needs analysis, followed by the planning of modules that mainly meet company’s requirements. Finally, we determine the most appropriate fund for our customers to join: we will assist them during the whole bureaucratic procedure concerning funds membership.
We wish to make it clear that joining any interprofessional fund does not generate additional costs as against standard INPS (National Social Welfare Institution) payments. It appears appropriate to remind our customers that the decision to join a fund rather than another should be left to their discretion and that they may decide to change whenever they want, free of charge.
