Since 2000 companies, firms and professionals have been benefiting from the financial resources deposited in interprofessional funds (ex l. n. 388/2000 e l. n.148/2011) in order to start vocational training, personal educational programs and other activities connected to initiatives or training needs required by the actual business world.

Training programs can engage executives, professionals or owners as well as employees at every level. Vocational training can also engage employees under apprenticeship agreement.

Actually, there are eighteen active funds diversified by activity, category and sector. Moreover, we have earmarked three more funds for high level vocational training addressed to executive staff.

Our services offer an accurate training needs analysis, followed by the planning of modules that mainly meet company’s requirements. Finally, we determine the most appropriate fund for our customers to join: we will assist them during the whole bureaucratic procedure concerning funds membership.

We wish to make it clear that joining any interprofessional fund does not generate additional costs as against standard INPS (National Social Welfare Institution) payments. It appears appropriate to remind our customers that the decision to join a fund rather than another should be left to their discretion and that they may decide to change whenever they want, free of charge.

National professional funds for lifelong learning are voluntary entities promoted by the representative organisations of the social partners, by means of Interconfederal agreements concluded by both workers’ and employers’ most relevant organisations.
